Another technology is emerging that may impact mobile tagging according to Mobile Crunch. Japanese heavyweights are reportedly working on a solution that uses the capability of LEDs to blink a few million times a second to pass a signal to a device that could then resolve that signal to online content based on the blinking frequency.
